Singin' in the Rain

That's what we're doing today.  The IPOD is crankin' and the rain just keeps on keepin' on ! Today was a "getting ready to move on" kind of day as we leave for Bryce Canyon in the morning.  Laundry to be done and things to put away, that kind of stuff. The snow is at bay there until next week so we will just have more rain and cooler temps to deal with until then. But time for new scenery...time to move on. 
Yesterday we just hung in Moab, had lunch at Eddie Mc Stiffs (killer pulled pork w/ Jack Daniels sauce)and some locally made beer. It was too wet to go on our last hike and too wet today as well. I guess that leaves us something to do should we ever pass this way again.
And now for my final Arch View RESORT bashing:  As we prepare to leave here ,slogging through the mud which is ankle deep in our site ,we realize they have no recycling program here. Nope. Just throw all of that plastic and aluminum stuff right in the landfill...I guess it will be someone elses problem one day after those who own and run Arch View will be long gone. Who does that in this day and age?  And there ends my bashing.....
We'll check back in after we get to Bryce.  And, BTW....YES Mary....you were BOTH right! It is beautiful in Utah.
